How to donate to East Cheshire Hospice
Thank you so much for choosing to support East Cheshire Hospice. You may never know how much your gift means, but we know that it will make the world of difference to our patients and their families.
Why not host your own swimming relay competition, this could be between your mates or an event for the whole community to enjoy! Find yourself a swimming venue and organise a date and time for your challenge to take place. Create loads of promotional material and start raining in those sign ups. You could charge £5 per team of four and encourage each participant to raise funds for the East Cheshire Hospice, or have a collection bucket on the day.
Make sure that your participants can swim confidently have ensure you have plenty of lifeguards on duty.
The best way to collect sponsorship would be to take cash on the day of the event. We have plenty of collection buckets and pots you can use for your event, please see contact details below of how to get in touch with us.
If you want to keep your donations online, start by setting up your Just Giving page here and follow the simple step-by-step process to creating your fundraising page. Make sure to fill in the details about your swimming relay fundraiser, set yourself a fundraising target, share your page with friends and family on social media, email, WhatsApp, text… And away you go!

It costs £7,500 to keep the Hospice running for 1 day, so every penny that you can raise is important. You may never know exactly how your support will help but you can be assured that the impact your support will have on local families who can benefit from the Hospice services at one of the most difficult and emotional times will be huge and ever so appreciated.
