Why not put yourself and some friends to the test by holding a sponsored silence! For an entire day, find your inner calm and tranquillity by not speaking at all, use only hand signals and traditional pen and paper to communicate.
If you live in a household with family or friends, you could all take on the challenge together. Take it in turns to live stream or share videos of your calm and quiet household throughout the day.

Start by setting up your Just Giving page here and follow the simple step-by-step process to creating your fundraising page. Make sure to fill in the details about your sponsored silence, set yourself a fundraising target, share your page with friends and family on social media, email, WhatsApp, text… And away you go!
Enjoy the peace and calm whilst raising those vital funds for East Cheshire Hospice.
It costs £7,500 to keep the Hospice running for 1 day, so every penny that you can raise is important. You may never know exactly how your support will help but you can be assured that the impact your support will have on local families who can benefit from the Hospice services at one of the most difficult and emotional times will be huge and ever so appreciated.
