The AJ Bell Great Manchester Run is the city’s original and best-loved running event – over 99% of runners say they’d recommend it to a friend. And in true Mancunian style, it’s a party from start to finish, with a high-energy soundtrack, live music and entertainment zones at every turn – plus, some of the loudest and most enthusiastic local support we’ve seen anywhere in the UK. However, it’s also a testament to the strength and generous spirit of this incredible city, with thousands of charity runners taking on the challenge of a 10k or half marathon each year to raise millions for charity.
If you would like to run for East Cheshire Hospice, you still can! Simply register at www.greatrun.org and once signed up, get in touch and we will support you with your fundraising.
It costs £9,632 to keep the Hospice running for 1 day, so every penny that you can raise is important. You may never know exactly how your support will help but you can be assured that the impact your support will have on local families who can benefit from the Hospice services at one of the most difficult and emotional times will be huge and ever so appreciated.
