I agree that the names and images submitted can be used in social media & email communications by East Cheshire Hospice, for the purposes of this competition.

All entries must be received before 5pm on Sunday 31st May 2020.
We will be announcing the winner over social media & sharing a selection of the entries we receive, so any names & images provided in the form above could be used in a post on any of our social media platforms. By submitting the form you are agreeing to use in this way.
The winner will be chosen on Monday 1st June 2020, the winner and all entrants will be notified by email before Friday 5th June 2020.
There is no limit to number of submissions per person, but they must be different drawings!
