Are you a skilled and compassionate Complementary Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our hospice team, providing holistic therapies to enhance the comfort and wellbeing of patients, carers and families.

If you have a passion for holistic wellbeing and wish to bring comfort and care to those in need, we would love to hear from you!

As a complementary therapist, you will:

· Deliver therapies such as massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, Reiki, or other holistic treatments to support physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

· Tailor treatments to individual needs, helping to relieve stress, anxiety, pain and discomfort.

· Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide person-centered care.

· Offer support to families and caregivers, promoting relaxation and emotional resilience.

· Maintain accurate records and adhere to hospice policies and best practices.

What you will need:

We are looking for someone who is:

  • A qualified complementary therapist with accredited training in at least reflexology and/or Swedish massage.
  • Willingness to train in Reiki and potentially other treatments.
  • Registered with the FHT or other professional body.
  • Compassionate, sensitive and able to support individuals at all stages of their hospice journey.
  • Experienced in working with individuals with life-limited conditions.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a palliative care setting.
