Claritas begin a special year for the choir with an appearance at the Treacle Market on Sunday, April 26.
Most members of the 50-strong mixed choir will perform outside the town hall from 12.30 pm.
Shoppers are welcome to join renditions of musical favourites sung by the Claritas choir which supports East Cheshire Hospice.
A collection for the charity will take place on the day.
Musical director Tim Sparks is leading rehearsals with pianist Ben Clerk and bass guitarist Theo Wood accompanying the singers.
The choir is finalising details of its 20th anniversary celebrations. It has raised £71,000 for the Hospice during that time, including a £10,000 donation last year.

The choir perform regular concerts and sing at special occasions.
That includes appearing at funerals, enhancing and supporting the singing of hymns and representing the Hospice.
Between 10 and 15 choir members are available for such occasions in return for a donation, made payable directly to the Hospice.
So far Claritas has acted as a ‘support choir’ at three funerals at St Peter’s Church, Prestbury.
Claritas member Viv Warrington said: “If you’d like us to provide singing support at the funeral of your loved one, we’d be honoured to join you at the ceremony.
“It is also a way for families to make a donation to the Hospice.”
