Are you a band 5 mental health nurse looking to expand your career in the field of dementia? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our developing Dementia Services here at East Cheshire Hospice.

The role will be spending all your time with our team in our 5 community locations delivering dementia education to family carers of people experiencing dementia as well as supporting our Healthcare Assistants with delivery of our wellbeing groups.

What you will need:

  • A Registered Mental Health Nurse
  • Has excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Experience of working with groups and individuals in a variety of roles and settings
  • Has access to your own car at all times and to be able to travel around the East Cheshire community.
