What is Squatober?

Squatober is a month-long fitness challenge that dares you to complete a total of 2,000 squats (or whatever number is realistic for you) throughout October. It’s an exciting opportunity to challenge yourself physically, set new fitness goals, and make a positive difference in your community. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or a beginner looking to improve your strength, Squatober welcomes everyone to join in and contribute to a fantastic cause.

Why Participate?

Fitness Boost: Squats are a fantastic way to engage your lower body muscles and improve overall strength and endurance. By participating in Squatober, you’ll embark on a transformative fitness journey that promises to leave you feeling stronger and more accomplished.

Community Spirit: Join a supportive community of like-minded individuals who are all striving for personal growth while giving back. Share your progress, motivate each other, and celebrate every squat conquered together.

Impactful Giving: Every squat you complete won’t just benefit your health – it will also make a difference in the lives of those in need. All funds raised through Squatober will go directly to East Cheshire Hospice, an organisation dedicated to providing essential care and support to individuals facing life-limiting illnesses.

How to Get Involved:

Register: Sign up for Squatober by completing the Squatober Sign Up Form.

Spread the Word: Share the Squatober challenge with friends, family, and colleagues to maximize your impact and encourage more participants to join.

Set Your Goal: Whether you’re aiming to complete the full 2,000 squats or a modified goal, every squat counts and contributes to the cause.

Fundraising: Encourage your friends and family to support your Squatober journey by making donations to East Cheshire Hospice. Your dedication to the challenge will inspire others to contribute.
