Staying Strong and Keeping Safe

About Staying Strong and Keeping Safe

Stay steady, build strength, and move with confidence.

Staying Strong and Keeping Safe is a free, six-week course designed to help you improve your balance, boost mobility, and reduce your risk of falling – all in a friendly, supportive setting.

Led by experienced professionals, each weekly session combines gentle, tailored exercises with practical tips for staying safe at home and out in the community. The progressive programme is ideal for people living with life-limiting conditions who want to stay active and independent, especially if they’ve experienced falls or fear falling.
