Led virtually by expert volunteers from the beauty and wellbeing industry, these friendly sessions offer practical advice, emotional support and a chance to connect with others in a relaxed and uplifting environment.
Workshops take place on the third Friday of every month at the Sunflower Living Well Centre at East Cheshire Hospice.
