Staying Strong and Keeping Safe

About the Programme

Build confidence, improve mobility, and reduce your risk of falling in a supportive environment.

Staying Strong and Keeping Safe is a six-week programme combining gentle, tailored exercise with practical advice to help you stay steady on your feet. Each weekly session includes strategies and tips for staying safe at home and in the community, alongside a progressive exercise class designed to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
