The Hospice provides care and support to patients with life limiting illnesses and their families and loved ones. We are there for people who are facing the toughest challenges of their lives.

We are looking for a positive and motivated Assistant Shop Manager to help us to continue to develop and grow this important stream of income.

On a daily basis your role will be sorting donations, organising stock and being available to help customers. You will help us to create a well-presented shop with a great atmosphere where customers enjoy shopping. You will also, alongside the Shop Manager, be responsible for our dedicated volunteers and for helping to provide training and development so that they are able to perform their roles effectively.

Predominantly based in our Congleton West Heath shop, however supporting our Macclesfield Chestergate and Thornton Square shops when needed, the flexibility to travel when required to support our other shops is required.
