We are on the lookout for empathetic and dedicated individuals to be a part of our expanding Hospice @Home Team launching soon in Knutsford.

Our Hospice @Home initiative reaches out to patients and their families, offering support and comfort within the familiarity of their own homes. We go beyond treating conditions, seeing each person for who they are and nurturing their entire well-being. What you will need:
- An interest in providing compassionate, high-quality care to people with life limiting illnesses.
- An interest in furthering your training and development.
- An appreciation that every patient, every home, every situation is unique
- A willingness to become a vital part of a person’s daily routine to help them live with their illness
- An ability to travel independently throughout the Knutsford and Cheshire East area
- The ability to work rotational shifts across a 4-week shift pattern.
