Here is your 2022 annual mandatory training for Hospice based volunteers – thank you for taking the time to complete it.

We work in a highly regulated sector, and the Care Quality Commission require us to demonstrate a good level of safeguarding, information and safe working practice amongst our staff and volunteers. To do this, we ask you to complete the three modules below. It’s in Microsoft Forms, so it’s online, but there are no passwords – you just need to put in your name at the end of each one so we can track that it’s you who did it.

We try to make sure we have the balance right – that you have the right information and clear procedures, but that you don’t have to do long online modules, so we’ve kept it short and focussed. It’s unlikely to take you more than half an hour to do all of it, and you can easily do it on your ipad or other tablet, a laptop or even your phone.
