Wingwalk 2021

Who knows where we will all be on Monday 21st June 2021, but you could be up in the clouds!

This adrenaline fuelled challenge is a once in a lifetime experience, plus you will be raising money for the Hospice at the same time – it couldn’t be better!

If you have done a wingwalk before with AeroSuperBatics, you do have the option to have a more intense experience. If you are a first time wingwalker you will be in the air for approx. 8-10 minutes. But you will be able to have a chat with the pilot before you fly, as to whether you want a more gentle flight or a more extreme flight!

Regulations are that all wingwalkers must be:

• At least 18 years old
• No taller than 6ft 2”
• No heavier than 14 stone (88kg)
• Waist measurement, whilst wearing warm clothing and a jacket must be 40” or less
• Able to climb completely unassisted up to and down from the top wing of one of our Boeing Stearman biplanes.  This is a steep climb of approximately 10ft / 3m, but you will be given full guidance by our professional wingwalker
• Have not suffered any of the following conditions: Epilepsy, fits, severe head injury, recurrent blackouts, fainting fits or giddiness, disease of the brain or nervous system, high blood pressure, heart or lung disease, recurrent weakness or dislocation of any limb, diabetes, mental illness, drug or alcohol addiction.

Payment Breakdown:

£150 non-refundable deposit upon registration, and then raise a minimum sponsorship of £500.

• £150 deposit upon booking
• £250 by 3 weeks prior to event (28th May 2021)
• £250 by 4 months after the event date (18^th October 2021)

This covers the cost of the wingwalk cost plus some donation towards the Hospice. We would love for you to keep fundraising and raise even more sponsorship!

Your sponsorship is so important to us at the Hospice. We rely on donations to cover over 80% of the cost to keep the Hospice open and continue to provide our vital service to the community.
