Goostrey Open Gardens - East Cheshire Hospice

Goostrey Open Gardens

Visit fourteen glorious gardens around Goostrey

Sunday 12th June 2022

11:30am -5:30pm

Welcome to the first ever Goostrey Open Gardens event! All ticket sales will raise valuable and badly needed funds for East Cheshire Hospice.

The gardens range in size, setting and style from sweeping lawns to colourful courtyards and everything in between. Your map and brochure will help you decide which gardens you would like to visit and there are plenty to inspire and delight you. These gardens are private and we can’t thank the owners enough for offering to share them with us. Many gardeners are also hosting their own mini events, demonstrations, refreshment stalls and plant sales. Children are also very welcome and there is something for them to spot in every single garden! Once you have purchased your tickets you will have access to a brochure including full details of the event.

Included in your ticket is a map with each garden location, any hazards, and a brief description of the garden.

  • Entrance to each garden is by ticket, sold with accompanying brochure and map.
  • Plant sales, flower arranging displays, herb talks, children’s activities, refreshments available in many gardens.
  • Please cycle or walk between the gardens if possible. No dogs except guide dogs.
  • All children under 16 should be accompanied by a responsible adult.

If you live in Goostrey and would like to open your garden in 2023 please contact Clare on 07966 160079 or Julie on 07766 224831.
