The race is aired lived on the BBC and follows an exciting route through the vibrant Manchester city centre, with live music from ‘bands on the run’ to keep you motivated every step of the way!
We are celebrating our 25th Anniversary in 2013 and so are taking an even bigger team to the Great Manchester Run to help us mark this special occasion!
If you would like one of our charity places, to show your support in our 25th year we would love to hear from you. Entry is £20 and we ask that you raise a minimum of £150 in sponsorship for the patients we support at the Hospice with life-limiting illnesses. Our registration is now open please download and complete the registration form here to secure your place.
Places are allocated on a first come first served basis so please book your place early to avoid disappointment. The Great Manchester Run is a hugely popular race and our places get filled very quickly so make sure you don’t miss out!
If you have secured your own place in the Great Manchester Run we would be thrilled for you to join our team and help raise funds for the Hospice.
To help you with your fundraising we will send you a Welcome Pack with sponsorship forms, top tips for training, fundraising ideas and an East Cheshire Hospice running t-shirt.
